Start of Blood Donation Drive 6-9 December(Planning stage)

Today is the first meeting for the event. My role is a logistics officer for the day event and roadshows. In other words, my job is to assist the committee with the logistics items when needed. Only the actual event, I will be quite busy. Then on roadshows for promotion of the event, it will be under publicity.

There will be another person who is helping me, but he is not around for the meeting today. His name is Neyton Tan.

When the teacher-in-charge has arrived, she is none other than SAO Janette, we started out plan flow, she told us what to do for the event and what to expect and the last event that was held previously this year and their experiences. She wanted us to do our own planning, but for the financial parts, she will take care of it all. So I think the world is dark even after the Gold Tap of the NKF thingy, she later pulled three girls in-charge of Community Service Club, the core members that organised this to her room for closed door discussion. Who knows what happen there! Ha!

Okay, she shown us the pictures of the logo and t-shirt that her previous batch of committee members did and what are the responses and all. There were a total of 7 committee members for the project, but only 5 came, among them were me. And so the person in-charge of publicity will be in-charge of designing logos for t-shirt and the posters. Afterall, he is from school of design and his name is Calvin Pang.

Yes, the discussion with SAO Janette will always be rewarding, she will put sweets and stuffs on the table and I guessed she had sweet tongue(s). And so there we were eating while discussing our topics.

After much discussion, we took a picture since it was a first meeting. We went back home to do our stuffs. My job was to find the Live Audio people to book a TV and then the audio set for the event and the roadshows. The three gals followed her into her room to discuss money matters from the clubs.
