First official introduction to NYP Athletics

Today actually want to pass to Libing something from Tabitha, she took back from Shanghai. She gave me four sweets, 2 of a kind each. She bought for Libing a Handphone Strap. Not much of a deal though. I was told to pass it to her, so ya. Pass to her in case I do not know where I keep it. I smsed her to get it from me after her school finishes today. Then she told me she ended class at 5pm and finally the lecturer released earlier, so ya not yet 4.30pm. So she went home liao.

I took a bus to NYP, bus 159. Got caught on the bus, timing and all. I ran all the way from the bus-stop till SA office. When I reached the bus-stop, it was already 6pm. Called Rosie to open the door for me. Then we chatted for a while, she updated me the latest news. I got hold of them, then she need to go off to an appointment at clinic. Need to go at 6.30pm. We went down to the track to meet him, he was shocked to see us there, he forgot the appointment I had made with him. Anyway we talked for a while, then Rosie went off, I went into my running attire and warm-up. Then run with school team.

All the way to 8pm. 2 rounds campus, 2 rounds stadium. Then cool down, warm down in fact.

Then we went for supper or dinner for some after some bathed. We went Ang Mo Kio S11, I ordered Hokkien Prawn noodle hot Milo. We ate and chit-chat, I was quiet though, not sure why, maybe I am too tired ba!

Home sweet home at 9.30pm.
