Medical appt

Medical Appointment. asked encik leong to sign de.. last minute, asked lieutenant isaac joseph to endorse.

went home, have lunch>chicken rice. dad and bro @ home, surprisingly.

TTSH: 2.50pm appointment. forgot to bring referral letter, waited about an hour.
LORATADINE 10MG TAB - 10 pills ??, should be for flu purpose
LACTULOSE SYR 200ML - constipation
KETOPROFEN 2.5% GEL 30G - 2 tubes of cream for my limp nodes on my neck
PARACETAMOL 500MG TAB - flu. got this when i went australia in yr 2006.

home via amk mrt. announcement that nel station; outram park had some interruptions. passengers adviced to use nel dhoby ghaut to transfer from north-south line to north-east line.

took bus 25 home. now using my laptop to type this out..
