training day 1, ya haha

10 rounds track.
20 mins gym, biceps, triceps, trapezium.
10 rounds swim.

walked to amk ave 1, wrong direction. headed to serangoon instead. took bus 147 home.

nice workout today..

shirong msg me abt friday's schedule. i not sure.. bcos have not go camp yet. so i am not sure!

home, d*** tired. sh*ck!

gonna go rest a bit. b4 i move off at 3pm.
