run=tired

went for a run this morning.. shack out!

my usual route from hougang avenue 3 to serangoon park connector then hougang avenue 8., maybe without my breakfast, felt so tired halfway.

bought a packet of beehon+long bean $1.50 then one packet of soya bean milk at 70c.

bathed, switched on my computer, msged my dear dear.. heard she is packing her stuffs today this morning. tired. heat exhausion, sweating profusely. drank water.. lots.
