SCSM 2008.
opps..
long time since i posted.
oh yeah! 5th is friday, got duty.. yday never post..
today..
uhm: summarise my day
morning woke at 4.10am.. then go wash up, changed. put on contact lenses. then had breakfast. then put on my gear.. had to run/jog a bit in case i am late for the 5am bus. got up. rested my eyes.. dunno why this morning my right eyes put in so smoothly, then left eye also smooth but itchy.. all the way to now..
SCSM 2008
Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon 2008. thought it is 21km.. but then.. it became 22.5km. opps.. But! I managed to complete it in 2 hours 10 minutes. and a few seconds..negligible.
met mr guru oly after the 13km running mark. then saw one of my previous cadet from north vista, he called out to me.. hehe.
had 2 bananas, 1 snack bar, 1 bottle of 100-plus, 1 cup of berocca.
banana had a addidas sticker, needed to redeem a addidas keychain at suntec city concept stall. took 2. but then later went foward to the stall, the time then was only 9.30am.. still early to wait for the shop to open at 11am. i took bus 107, heading home. waited for 15-20 mins while snacking on snack bars. the mint and the chocolate. the chocolate melted and caused some bits to stick on my hand. which i later wiped my hand with my wet shorts. whole body soaking wet though not dripping. lazy to change into a new set of clothes.. the mint is nice as i had tasted it yesterday.
transferred to bus 147 along serangoon road, after the bridge. sat for a few stations before pe li board the bus. then, a man which i do not know was talking to me, asking me some questions about the race i had earlier looking at the conditions of my shoe and looking at my lethargic face.
during the run, consumed one energy gel after 16km mark.. drank concentrated hydration salt after 19km mark. the way seems so long. i endured all by not speeding and overtaking others and made it through. great achievement for today. so happy.
when i was in like 100m mark, the organisers called out to the 2 hrs 10 mins mark. asking all runners to sprint in the last lap.. 20 seconds to target. going going.. gone.
i completed.

home. bathed. washed my shoes. then had lunch with dear at the coffeeshop opposite punggol park. i had vegetable rice and my dear had sliced fish noodle soup. $2.70 and $3.50 respectively.
walked to hougang mall to update my bank account book. then walked to ntuc to buy some biscuits.. bought 2 sets of 4D numbers.
sent dear home. parents out to bugis.. went home after that.. letting dear dear rest ma.. saw soon kun at the bus-stop opp. macdonald along hougang ave 8. he ws with his mum.. then i go home had a rest of 2 hrs..before waking up at 5pm..
now, 7plus pm. parents still not back yet.. sigh..
think something happened which i did not know..regarding my grandma.
